Memory
Stick (MS) is a removable digital camera
memory card format, launched by Sony
in October 1998, and is also used in
general to describe the whole family
of Memory Sticks. This family also includes
Memory Stick PRO, a revision that allows
greater maximum storage capacity and
faster file transfer speeds.

Stick PRO is a newer version of Memory
Stick - designed for today's latest
digital cameras and has a high speed
data transfer rate of upwards of 1.8mb
per second. Dimensions 21.5mm x 50mm
x 2.8mm. They are available in sizes
256MB, 512MB, 1GB, 2GB & 4GB
